Hello, my name is Heather. I am fundraising for my son who is special needs and was attacked in our home by the upstairs neighbor on Sunday.

He suffered life changing injuries, a fractured hip, shattered pelvis, concussion, broken finger and the trauma of that experience will also effect his life.

He had to undergo 2 surgeries to put rebuild his pelvis and fix his hip. He will continue his stay at the hospital going through extensive therapy, to learn how to live with his injury. The road to recovery is just beginning and unfortunately insurance doesn't cover all we will need to bring him home soon.

We will have extensive legal fees as well.

Our local police has mishandled this case.

And listed my son as the defendant for trying to defend himself in his own home.
