In 2022, my dad’s life changed forever when he was diagnosed with colorectal cancer. Since then, every day has been a test of courage, faith, and determination. What we thought would be just another chapter in his life has turned into a battle for his health, his future, and his dreams.

My dad has always been a source of strength for everyone around him. He has always found a way through tough times in his life and now, he is facing his toughest battle yet as a cancer warrior, and we want to make sure he has the chance to keep creating the moments and memories that mean everything to us.

Cancer has affected every part of his life, but it’s not the only battle he faces. He is also carrying the heavy burden of medical bills, ongoing treatments, medications, alternative therapies, and basic living expenses. Yet through it all, my dad continues to hold on to hope and faith.

As his daughter, I’m organizing this fundraiser to help ease the financial strain on my father so he can focus fully on healing. In addition to covering his ongoing medical and living expenses, we are hoping to raise enough funds to get him evaluated at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas by December 2025. This visit is crucial for obtaining a second opinion on his diagnosis and current stage, running additional tests, and determining whether his current chemotherapy is helping or causing more harm. Your generosity will directly support his travel, lodging, and treatment costs, giving him access to the specialized care and answers he urgently needs. Every donation brings us one step closer to giving my father the best possible chance at recovery and peace of mind.
