Medical bill copays

My name is Delbert Humphries. I have several medical issues that I am trying to deal with. Including Stage 4 CHF, Stage 3 Kidney Disease, Kidney cancer (tumor was just frozen), Pancreatitis(need to have gall bladder removed), Emphysema, Spinal stenosis, Cataracts(need surgery soon) and many other items.

My wife and I survive on just my disability. I have insurance but each surgery and procedure require a copay which we are struggling to cover.
