With Love For Steve Janisch Medical & Memorial

My name is Kristin and I am Steve Janisch’s daughter-in-law. You may also know him as “Papa J” or “Big D” as Henry affectionately called him. It is with an incredibly heavy heart that I say, we lost Steve on Sunday, March 11th. Steve got very sick a few days prior, so his family took him into the ER. The doctors found the cause to be an infection that got into his bloodstream and deep into his muscle tissue. Most of his family was able to be by his side until he took his last breath and those that couldn’t get here in time were FaceTimed and Skyped in so the could be with there Dad and say their goodbyes. Steve’s wife, Robin lost her love and partner in life. I’d really  like to try and do something to lighten her load knowing that her grief is all encompassing and overwhelming. Medical and funeral expenses are no joke as many of you unfortunately know. If you’d like to donate or leaving a message for Robin and the family it is very greatly and deeply appreciated!
