Hello everyone, thank you for taking the time to read this. I’m doing this on behalf of all of the people who care about Ingrid, Anthony, and their son, Luca. On May 2nd 2021, Ingrid and Anthony’s world came crashing down. Luca was tragically hit by a speeding car in a residential neighborhood in Elmwood Park, NJ. He was resuscitated by paramedic neighbors and brought to the hospital in an ambulance.
The wonderful doctors and nurses at St Joseph's Hospital were able to perform intensive operate to stabilize Luca. After tests and scans, thank God Luca has no brain damage and is able to recognize his loved ones.
We are so happy to see Luca stable, but his road to recovery has only begun. From multiple staples in his head, to a broken femur and full body cast, Luca will not be able to walk for some time.
We want to help with the incoming hospital bills and the ones that will continue to accumulate once Luca begins therapy to learn how to walk again. Ingrid & Anthony are incredible, hardworking parents who want nothing more than for their baby boy to be healthy and happy again. Please contribute towards the cause to help this beautiful, young family during this dire time of distress.
