In the hospital unable to work

Hello all my beloved long lost but not forgotten friends. I miss you ALL!! Steph here...So this is something that is very hard for me to do, however I have been heavily contemplating this for about a week now, and decided it's ok to ask for help sometimes especially when you really need it and it can't hurt to ask, so I am swallowing my pride.I was diagnosed with pneumonia on February 19th.
I had called an ambulance finally because I could only take very shallow breaths and could not even sit up on my own without extreme pain, which I even passed out 2 times from, the pain was unbearable. The EMT's who didn't believe I was"sick" enough to take apparently, different story there. Anyway I finally found a friend that could give me a ride to the hospital, luckily. After some tests the doctor informed me if I would have gone untreated for a couple more days I could have gone septic and quite possibly died. The doc said it was the worst case of pneumonia she had ever seen, my left lung was so swollen and heavy it was battering my kidney every time I coughed which resulted in an acute kidney injury, then my kidney was battering my bladder causing an internal bladder infection.
So I received IV antibiotics right away away and they almost admitted me right then but ultimately decided to send me home with antibiotics and pain meds. So I followed docs orders, tok all the meds as prescribed and was going every couple days to monitor my multiple infections, everything seemed to be getting better as expected. Then when I finished with all the antibiotics started feeling pain again in my left lung and was not able to stand more than a minute without getting dizzy, seeing spots and feeling exhausted, turns out my brain was not getting enough oxygen due to the mass in my lung.
So I made an appointment to to find out what was going on and ended up being admitted that day Wednesday March 1st and am currently still in the hospital. I was diagnosed with Loculated Pleural Effusion.
This happens sometimes to individuals who have had a very bad case of pneumonia, which to treat requires hospitalization and aggressive treatments. So they performed a minor surgery to place a chest tube in my back into my lung to drain and administer some sort of melty solution into my lung to break apart and evict the alien being that had taken up residency in my lung. The treatment has been painful however generally effective too avoid surgery andthe nurses and docs are taking very good care of me here.
My kidney and bladder are fine now but I still have the Loculated Pleural Effusion which has shrunk some, high white blood cell count and some infection remaining in my blood. They did a test clamping of the pigtail chest tube and it didn't go as well as they expected I guess so I may still be here a while, that doesn't necessarily mean jumping into surgery but it does mean more treatments and continued loss of income from not being able to work, also when I am released I will have some recovery time to deal with which also means I can't go back to work for a bit...
Alright friends I hope you enjoyed this book, I supposed I could have just said I'm sick homies give me some money lol, but I felt compelled to explain my begging for charity lol. This time out of work is hitting me hard financially so if you could donate anything at all I will be eternally grateful and of course I will always pay it forward.
