Renal failure

Hi I'm Tim. I need alot of help. I've had multiple strokes, I have kidney disease pancreas disease etc. I'm I've been to multiple rehabs. I'm trying to learn to walk again. I need help with a transplant and day to day Bill's. Anything could help. I'm on dialysis and a strict diet to help. Please at least spread the word and help out were you can. I had to move in with my kind brother away from my home and friends. My health is important. I my mother is my caregiver I cant even cook anymore. She does it all. I need help starting to get back to normal.

I'm also working on getting my eyesight back. 4 more laser treatments I should be ok. I'm going to either a doctor or physical therapy multiple times a week. Go to the kidney doctor twice a month. Next step is a foot doctor and a dentist for a check up. I've had stomach issues and nobility issues. My other numbers are great. Just waiting on a transplant or thr alternative. Hopefully dialisis will we work for awhile. My doggie girl sky and my nephews have my spirits high. I have a niece on the way and just found out that I'm going to be a grandpa st my young age. I have alot to look forward to. Going to do what I can on my difr I just need some help. Please share this amd help were you can.

Today I went shopping. Walking alot. Got lots of love from my sky puppie. Waiting on transplant news. Everyday is a struggle but got to keep positive.
