HI my name is Jeanette i am doing this for my daughter she is 57 yr,old she lived from pay check to the next with nothing left over.In July her employment change hands with another company ,last week she was diagnosis with Lymphoma cancer with all the appointment and the chemo treatment she can work and just started on the new jobs the benefit are not to good. She has been informed that she now has to pay employee/employer portion of these benefits in order to continue getting the prescriptions she needs and to be able to transition to LTD with her tentative return to work not until May or June .I truly appreciate you taking the time to read my story .any money donated will be used to get up with the high cost of her rent and her car payment and food and other things she need ,all donation will go to Patricia account, please can you share with your friend too .
