My name is Gianna and I am blessed to be the recipient of my second heart transplant. My heart journey started when I was 32 and pregnant with my son, Bobby. I was given the precious gift of life with my first heart transplant. Due to a disease that affects a lot of heart transplant survivors, it is now time for another. This account has been set up to help with my medical bills and other costs associated with this procedure.
