Hi, name is Kian Carter and I’m the mother of Jaquan Duley. I’m raising funds to help with my son Jaquan Duley funeral unfortunately Jaquan died unexpectedly. Jaquan didn’t have insurance because he had Emmanuel Syndrome and as many of you know that people with disabilities can’t get life insurance so with that being said I’m in need of some assistance with his funeral.
