Funeral Expenses for Derrick J Noreault

Hello friends and family. In the early morning hours of Thursday, April 6th 2023, my cousin Hailey Hayden- Noreault discovered her husband (ARMY veteran) Derrick James Noreault had hung himself in the garage of their home. Derrick was resuscitated, and every extra measure was taken to keep him here. Unfortunately, after 24 harsh days, Derrick J Noreault (22) in the early morning hours o f 04/30/2023 went on to be with the lord. The family is now seeking monetary donations for funeral costs at this time. The VA does cover burial costs, grave markers, and the plot space- however, the VA does NOT cover any of the funeral service costs, casket, processing, etc. Due to not working since the incident, Hailey (Derricks wife) is left without an income to pay for the services. An itemized bill was reached today, and is needing to be paid by the end of the week. Derrick also leaves behind his 19 month old daughter Novalie, as well as his cousin/ adopted son Jaime. if donation funds exceed the asking amount for the funeral, all funds not used to cover the funeral will be used to support the family.
