Hello there, my name is Max I'm someone who suffers from Marfans syndrome which has led me to have multiple health issues that continue to deteriorate over time, Marfans effects every muscle tissue in the body this leads to many issues such as skeletal foundation being compromised from not growing properly all the way to major heart issues. I have had open heart surgery when I turned Twenty one seven years ago, it ended up being successful and opened my limitations slightly from what was waiting for my heart to pop like a balloon. on May 21st of this year I suffered a heart dissection that came out of nowhere in the middle of the night and in death like pain, jump forward to now on November 25th or 11th if there is a cancellation I will be getting another surgery to fix my aneurism as it is growing quite rapid and needs intervention. What this money would be for is to help pay for hotel fees for my loved ones to stay with me as well as food and gas needed for the time there. anything that can be spared would be gratefully appreciated and help me and my loved ones tremendously
