With essentials, medical equipment fees, vet fees

Yesterday a day after my parents 35th wedding anniversary, they went through an unimaginable ordeal. They suffered a house fire. Thankfully they walked away with their lives, my dad made sure to get my mom out first and then tried to get the animals as well as put out the fire. His hands and feet did get burned and was taken to the hospital for that and smoke inhalation. The house is completely gone and with that my moms mobility scooter, cellphone, documents, eyeglasses, all of their pictures, keepsakes, clothes, and even their cars... literally nothing is left. As of now we know that two of their pets tragically did not make it out as the fire took the house over and a delayed response time from the fire department compounded the tragedy. Two other pets are just hopefully missing as they loved to be outside. The fire department is only 3 miles from their house and the fire department still took around 30 minutes to show up. They were sent to the wrong house after my dad gave the dispatcher the right address multiple times and never once did the dispatcher get the address right on repeat back to him. All while my parents watched everything they own burn to the ground. The fire got well over 2000 degrees. They are asking for any sort of help they can get at this time. There is much to be done to get them back on their feet and some times this can be awhile.
