Hi my name is Karen I got my dog Tito from a charity site Hope4paws he was rescued from a kill shelter.

I’ve had him for over a year now and I wanted to give him his forever home were he would feel safe and never to be neglected or left again In such a dire state.

He’s come over with a parasite disease called leishmaniasis it made him start having nose bleeds on the 1st August and since then He has got worse with anaemia kidney problems he would ideally need a blood transfusion to help his body try to recover but this alone would cost £1500 and also he needs drugs called Allopurinol this one costs £27 a month and Milteforan costs £600 the charity have been saying they are going to help with costs but it falls on deaf ears when I’m left struggling buying different things to help him including special diets vitamin supplements because he won’t eat.

I have paid as much as i possibly can myself. I feel embarrassed having to ask for donations but it’s my last resort and no vets will do any payment plans.

They informed me that if he doesn’t get the treatment the needs he will pass away. He is such a lovely sweet boy who’s had a really rough start in life and all I want to do is give him that chance of a new life any help the tiniest of amount would be greatly appreciated I know we see this kinda stuff every day and it passes us by with our busy lives and I get it but please all I ask is any help would be huge thank you so much for taking the time to read Titos story xx
