Wishing (a) well: Mwangaza's youth needs water from a stone
Donation protected
Dear Colleagues and Friends, the non-profit "Clotilde the bee" was born in 2017 from the efforts of my 2 older sisters and myself and named after my late parents. Its mission is to support education in disadvantaged settings and developing countries. The association is now facing its biggest challenge to date: we are in fact planning to build a day centre in the surroundings of Kilifi, Kenya to offer continuous education and professional training for the young people who leave the "Children's Home of Mwangaza" and other disadvantaged young people seeking acquisition of professional skills and financial independence. In order to follow the project up closely, we are visiting the area again this summer (the attached pictures are from 2018 and 2024) and starting the set-up of necessary facilities. Every bit is important and it would be great if as a community we could all contribute to the digging of a well for the necessary water provision. Upon supporting this small but meaningful project, you are given the chance to follow directly its progress and other projects and easily see where donations go. I am also very happy to give more information to whoever wants to contribute to the association and its activities (with a bit of commitment to overcome language barriers!). Many thanks to everyone who will decide to help, and/or to disseminate further amongst family members and friends. I will be back from Kilifi with lots of pictures and joy!
