Hi, I’m creating this go fund me for Sophie. Sophie was born with a very rare syndrome called Goltz. There are many characteristics of the syndrome but for Sophie it mainly affects her eyes, born with microphthalmia, meaning small of no eyes. Other complications came with her small eyes, a large coloboma, glaucoma removed lenses. Basically this year Sophie turned 21 and lost all remaining vision even though she was diagnosed from birth as legally blind.

Sophie has a loved for Jazz music and is an amazing singer, I’d love to take her to America to visit a broadway show or the capital of Jazz New Orleans.
