Wishbones Magazine is a project run by us, Brigid Savage and Brooke Gangbar. We seek to produce a magazine that focuses on articulating the layers of personal histories, sentiment, dedication and innovation involved in cooking and working with food. We are focused on integrating voices that are often missing from mainstream discussions on food and culture. Wishbones Magazine will feature interviews, original recipes, wine pairings and prose on food. The project will start online and hopefully move to print within the next year.
Wishbones needs funding for the costs that accompany starting a business. We need to cover the cost of groceries, business cards, crockery, our web domain and printing.
The first print edition of Wishbones magazine is set to hit the press in the summer of 2017. We would greatly appreciate any support you can give.
