Wisdom Teeth Extraction

Hello, my name is Elizabeth, I'm 30 years old and I live in southern AZ. I've been having these wisdom teeth pains for the past several years and have recently lost my medical/dental insurance and haven't had a chance to sign up again. I've finally got lucky and found a dentist that did a free x-ray to see how bad my teeth were and after some discussions, I would need to have 1,000$ as a down payment and then pay off the remaining balance over the next 6+ months.

I do have a job at a call center but between supporting my family, bills and food I simply do not have enough money to quickly save up even in a few months to pay the fee needed to have these pulled. The soonest that an oral surgeon can come back into Tucson AZ to pull these teeth at the dentist office is June 19th though he does come in every other week if I cannot make the funds needed that soon.
