Wisdom Teeth Extraction +Deep Clean

Long story short, I've had a ton of jaw issues for a few years and chalked up my pain to just TMJ, but it turns out that my wisdom teeth has been the culprit of these problems. It's super difficult to chew, my bite is off center, and not to mention the constant headaches/pressure/sinus issues etc I've had from this.

My lower right is the one that has been the biggest issue (as you can see from the xrays, now its jamming into my molar and could cause it to crack if not addressed soon), I am missing  my upper right (good news!!!). My upper left is growing out into my sinus cavity which could explain a lot in regards to my constant congestion issues, and in my lower left I actually have the beginning of a tooth root abscess.  I also require a deep cleaning due to the fact that I have borderline gingivitis from being a mouth breather (thanks to my sinus issues) and my asthma inhaler. 

Its important that I get this addressed as soon as possible for obvious reasons, but I also need to get it done within 30 days to qualify for the discount, reflected in the bill underlined in red. If I don't, the cost will be the total to the left (roughly $3k), since its some kind of promotion my dentist is offering with their Groupon deal which I used for this visit.

I'm uninsured, and I applied for their credit program and was denied, so this huge bill is close to impossible for me to get covered in time. Definitely not news I wanted to hear on my birthday, though I am relieved to know that soon a lot of my medical problems will be solved with these procedures.  

It would be the greatest birthday gift to me for any help with this funding for these procedures, or even to share this to your social medias! Time is sort of of the essence for me, as far as the discount goes and I have no idea how much longer I can risk it before my molar gets cracked or the abscess comes to a head and I have a whole new mess of issues to deal with at that time.
