While I was attending weekly fitness classes following my prostate cancer treatment, I was astonished to meet a friend's daughter who was recovering from breast cancer treatment - she was 30 yrs old, I was 74. It made me realise that cancer affects all ages and that we must do what we can to support treatment and rehabilitation. Join me in supporting my attempt to give something back.
