COVID-19 has affected all of us in many different ways. Some of us are medical professionals caring for COVID patients, some of us are loved ones praying for their recovery.  EKO Health (www.ekohealth.com) has developed a wireless stethoscope that allows providers to connect their stethoscope to their phone via Bluetooth.  This system enables a digital stethoscope to send the heart and lung sounds wirelessly to a clinician’s iPhone and headphones enabling us to auscultate remotely and even record those sounds for remote consultations miles away. This will enable nurses and clinicians spend less time in direct contact with a suspected COVID-19 infected room. Using a Bluetooth stethoscope allows for less exposure to healthcare providers, while accurately assessing the needs of every patient without compromise using cheap disposable tools or taking a potentially contaminated tool into other rooms. 

We are raising funds to purchase 10 of these stethoscopes for Beverly Hospital Emergency Room and other emergency rooms in the area.  The cost is $300 per stethoscope.  With your donations we can help save patients AND providers during this crisis.
