Winter spent September-December fighting her cancer naturally. Winter and her family felt strongly she would be able to beat this thing naturally because Winter was so young and healthy. They were also hoping to add another little one to their family. Unfortunately they found that her tumor was not responding to the natural remedies that had been so successful for others she had heard from. The tumor was possibly spreading so she decided to begin radiation. Radiation caused extreme fatigue and burns. After recovering from radiation, Winter started chemo and it made her feel extremely sick, what was worse is that she felt the tumor was growing. Upon imaging the area they found her worries were correct, the tumor was growing and spreading. Thankfully her surgical team were able to get her in quickly to remove it. When they went in to remove the tumor they found it had spread to her ovaries and uterus, which had to be removed. In addition, there were tumors found in her belly flap that were removed. Winter woke up to find out that they would never have a chance to add to their family biologically and that her tumor was now stage 4. Her doctor feels reoccurrence is almost a guarantee. Because of this, Winter would like to go to a place called Immunity Therapy Center, which can ensure there is no more cancer in her body. They can treat anything leftover and strengthen her body so the chances of recurrence is very small!
Thank you so much for be willing to donate to Winter to make sure she is there for her adoring husband and three wonderful boys. Winter’s middle child, Liam, asked her “will you be here when I’m a teenager?” and although no one knows the number of their days, Winter doesn’t want this cancer diagnosis to be the reason she can’t tell sweet Liam yes! Please consider helping me rewrite my story as a story of health!
Thank you,
Winter & Kevin Mack
