Meet Winter. The sweetest, most loving fur-baby anyone could ever ask for.

As some of you may know, yesterday evening during a walk, Winter slipped out of his collar and ran into an intersection where he was unfortunately struck by a vehicle. He sustained an open fracture to his front right leg with multiple breaks. The orthopedic specialist will determine whether surgery can repair and stabilize the bones or if amputation will be the best option for his long-term comfort and health.

I know this will be a long road to recovery, but I am committed to giving Winter the best care possible. Unfortunately, our pet insurance only covers basic preventative care.
