Winter Wolf Run 2019
We are 5 friends participating in the Wolf Run to help raise funds for Birmingham Children’s Hospital. As well as helping thousands of children and their families Birmingham Children’s Hospital also treated our friend Harman in December 2018.
Harman was admitted to hospital with headaches and sickness, he was given a CT scan which showed fluid on the brain. Harman was admitted to the Paediatric Neurology ward and had to have two emergency operations to remove the fluid. We are glad to say Harman has made a fantastic recovery.
The care that was provided for Harman by all staff, from the consultants, nurses and support staff was amazing. The support provided to Harman’s family at this traumatic time was also invaluable. Harman’s family will never forget how the staff at the hospital helped their child.
