Each year the Winter Toy Appeal provides new gifts at Christmas for thousands of children in London who are experiencing extreme poverty. Money raised via this page will be spent on new toys (primarily from independent toy shops in London). Toys are distributed via local councils to children in most need.

The appeal is in its eleventh year and is run by Jenna and Basil Fansa of the Local Buyers Club in partnership with Location Location estate agency. Toys are distributed predominantly to children in Hackney, Haringey, Islington and Tower Hamlets.
