Get a Soldier Ready for Winter

Hi Friends,

The war continues, winter is coming, and guys in the frontlines are in dire need of clothing to prepare for frightening winter conditions. My name is Julia and personally, I have 3 family members in the army. Each is in a unit of 10 people, so I am hoping to raise funds for winter clothing for 27 soldiers.

Each set includes a jacket, pants, boots, thermal top, underwear, cap, socks and gloves. The total for one set is $665.09. Every week, volunteers fly from NY to deliver the most urgent military supplies directly to the frontlines.

Most of these guys have already been on the frontlines for 6 months or longer. The goal is to help them survive the cold and life in the trenches. It is now a race against time - or rather against winter - to prepare for winter in time, before time runs out.
