Winston to the rescue!

Hey guys! I'm Kelly Komon, Amanda's friend and roomate. Many of you might know that Amanda lives with PTSD and fights through diffferent battles because of it everyday. I'm making this fund on Amanda's behalf to raise money for a service dog to help alleviate and manage many different aspects that she struggles with from this disorder.   Some of this fund will also be used to help Amanda get treatment at an out of state treament facility specializing in trauma and PTSD. If we can raise the money and she can get this service dog and the treatment she needs, it will be life-changing for her. PTSD service dogs are trained to provide a peace of mind by alerting the partner in times of distress, preventing public panic, helps cope with medication side effects, assists to rise and steady patient, brings help indoors, retrieves medication when needed, knows when flashbacks are starting and can help calm the partner down, and many more abilities to relieve emotional overload and stress. This dog can provide constant relief on a daily basis for Amanda and I know that she will be eternally blessed by this. Thank you for considering and donating what you can!
