Hi, my names Jo and I’m Winnie’s mom.

Those of you that know us, know that we used to have two golden retrievers, Sookie and Winnie, until recently when sadly Sookie passed away from kidney failure.

Winnie is 4 years old and a week before Sookie passed away we got the dreadful news that Winnie had been diagnosed with Cancer - a lump at the base of her tail was a Mast Call Tumor.

We’re not people that usually ask for help like this, but after paying for Sookie’s treatments it means that our funds are depleted and our pet insurance will only cover so much of the costs for Winnie’s future cancer treatments.

We want to fight this cancer with everything we have, but we need help financially if we’re going to give her the best possible chance.

If you are able to help in any way we would be so grateful - Winnie doesn’t deserve this. She’s such a good girl and has been so patient while Sookie was ill. We hoped that Winnie would be able to now enjoy life to the full, instead we have to try and beat this cancer.

Any and all funds raised will be used to pay for Winnie’s vet bills and aftercare that will not be covered by her insurance.
