On 12 August 2025, our dearly beloved Winnie George sadly passed away. Winnie was a much loved and cherished wife, mother, sister, daughter, grandmother, and friend to so many.
She was well known by many as a friendly and happy person; always full of jokes and laughter.
The George & Bob families are seeking any support or assistance to be able to lay her to rest amongst her family and friends at the Doomadgee cemetery.
Any support, no matter how big or small, would be greatly appreciated.
