Wingspan Thesis Film

Hello and thank you for your interest in my project!

My name is Senna Hubbs, and I am a masters student with the University of Georgia's MFA Film and Television program.

Wingspan is my thesis project to complete my degree. It is a short film about a young woman who dies suddenly and finds herself in the afterlife, learning to find value in the life she lived even though she didn't achieve what she thought "success" is supposed to look like. It's a heartfelt story of human connection and self-worth that I've been wanting to tell for years. I'm very excited to have the chance now.

Funding available through the university is limited, and this is a big project, so I and my team need your support to get this done. Every little bit adds up into a big help.
