Valentina is our beautiful 10 year old daughter, the twin of Sebastian. At 4 months old, they both were diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and Cerebral Palsy with Left Hemiplage. Through our journey, we have met people that have taught us how to cope, to laugh when we want to cry, sharing our struggles and our children’s milestones. Valen and Sebas have touched the hearts of many.
Valentina is in a wheelchair and cannot walk by herself. The simplest things that we take for granted are a daily struggle for her like brushing teeth, drinking from a cup, scratching an itch on your foot and going to the bathroom in private.
Though her speech and cognitive development are impaired, Valen is main streamed in our local public school. She absolutely loves school and being with her classmates. She takes her studies seriously and embraces the school’s social environment.
With great joy, we have learned that Valentina has been accepted to receive stem cell treatment in April! We expect this treatment will enable her to walk and become more independent. The treatment costs $30,000 for a five day sesion.
We humbly ask you to help us help our daughter to live a more normal life. Your generosity is truly and gratefully appreciated. Anything at all that you can donate to help us cover the expenses for this treatment will make a huge difference for us.

¡¡¡Hola!!! Si tienes esto, es porque alguien que conoces, conoce a Valentina y de alguna manera quiere que te involucres y seas parte de su vida o que ella forme parte de la tuya ... Gracias por leer nuestra historia.
Valentina es nuestra hermosa hija de 10 años, gemela de Sebastián. A los 4 meses de edad, ambos fueron diagnosticados con Parálisis Cerebral y Parálisis Cerebral con Hemiplejia Izquierda. A través de nuestra historia, nos hemos encontrado con personas que nos han enseñado a sobrellevar, a reír cuando queremos llorar, a compartir nuestras luchas y logros de nuestros hijos. Valen y Sebas han tocado los corazones de muchos.
Valentina está en silla de ruedas y no puede caminar sola. Las cosas cotidinas mas simples son una lucha diaria para ella, como cepillarse los dientes, beber de un vaso, rascarse la picazón en el pie e ir al baño en privado.
A pesar del retraso al hablar y su desarrollo cognitivo, Valen asiste al sistema publico escolar en nuestra zona. Ella adora ir a la escuela y estar con sus compañeros de clase. Ella toma sus estudios muy en serio y abarca el entorno social de la escuela.
Con gran alegría, hemos recibido la noticia que Valentina ha sido aceptada para recibir tratamiento con células madres en abril. Esperamos que este tratamiento le permita caminar y ser independiente. El tratamiento cuesta $ 30,000 por una sesión de cinco días.
Les pedimos humildemente que nos ayuden a intentar que nuestra hija lleve una vida más normal,como cualquier niño de su edad,. Su generosidad es verdaderamente apreciada y agradecida.
