It is with extreme sadness we announce the passing of Windy Elizabeth Chavez. My name is Tonya, many of you know me as her close friend (my best friend) but if you truly knew her, everyone was her best friend! The word “stranger” wasn’t even in her vocabulary. Windy was and always will be the kindest soul and brightest smile in the room. She had the ability to connect with anyone immediately and make them life long friends. Her Husband Ronnie, her Children, Grandchildren and Friends were at the center of everything she did. She exuded love and was blessed to find her own true love in her husband and soulmate Ronnie later in life. The relationship they built together was one of pure love. She touched the lives of so many people and now it’s our turn to give back to Windy and her husband, Ronnie in their time of need.
