Helping Jesse
Donation protected
Hello all, thanks so much for clicking on the link and taking the time to read this. On 16th June, I'm taking part in the Windsor Triathlon (1.5km swim, 40km bike ride followed by a 10km run).
I'm been training hard since Christmas and hope to raise some money for a lovely little boy called Jesse who is the son of friends of mine, Lindsay and Dave O'Flaherty. Jesse was diagnosed with autism last year and although he turns 3 next month, he is non-verbal and was categorised as a newborn in many ways. He is an amazing child with so much potential but needs significant help to get there.
Jesse has recently begun an analysis behavioural therapy programme which aims to give him the best start in life. Lindsay and Dave are at the start of this long journey with Jesse and are so far seeing improvement, however, this therapy is not funded by the health system and is extremely expensive.
With this in mind, any donation big or small would be massively appreciated, with all proceeds going directly to funding his development.
Please note, I'm pretty pathetic at swimming so need all the encouragement I can get to see me through swimming against the current in the River Thames!
Thanks so much in advance, and please feel free to share this link!
Anthony :)
