Hi, We are year 10 from Windsor house from the castle school in Taunton. We have been raising money for Young lives vs cancer since a year 10 was diagnosed with cancer in Windsor house several years ago. This boy, Will Appleton passed away Winter 2025 after battling cancer since a young age. We send our full support and love to his family at their time of need. Every year year 10s are appointed with leading the house enterprise for a chosen charity and raise as much money with different fundraisers and activities for Young lives vs cancer. and we feel it our responsibility to help support those in need.

Some activities we are doing to raise money are, a family bingo night on 5th December, selling sweets and cakes at our school, Whole house sponsored walk around our athletics track to walk the equivalent of the distance to Windsor house. Forms also do their own individual fundraisers.

Me and my friends decided to do fundraising outside of school, and in January of 2026 we are going on a sponsored walk in the hope to gain more sponsors.
