Winchcombe Way for The Archie Matthews Trust
Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of ARCHIE MATTHEWS TRUST and every donation will help.
Following the tragic death of Archie, who took his life following a long struggle with his mental health, the Archie Matthews Trust was set up to improve the mental health outcomes of boys and young men, particularly those who are nerodivergent, in Gloucestershire and it's surrounding counties.
Suicide is the leading cause of death for young men. Those who have conditions such as autism and ADHD are between five and eight times more likely to die by suicide. The Archie Matthews Trust is working with local organisations, including sports clubs and colleges, to raise awareness, develop new types of support, and break the stigma associated with young men's mental health.
On 17th May 2025, as part of the Winchcombe Walking Festival, I will be walking 21 miles of The Winchcombe Way to help raise funds and awareness of the trust.
Please support us if you can. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
