Last year, Hamish and I completed the blue ride (60k) of Tour de 4 in aid of prostate cancer. When we finished he suggested we did the longer route the next year. I said “no way”!

This year, Sally and Emily are to join us on the red route (90k)! Stupidity is the only rational reason I can give for my change of heart.

I have stage 4 prostate cancer and last year was on morphine to control the pain in my back. I’ve since had chemotherapy which was not completely successful so still do suffer some discomfort. I am determined to complete this challenge, though, to help prostate cancer uk.
