Need a bit more to re-pipe towhouse

Hello ~ My townhouse developed a leak under the slab in the entry hall. One was fixed, then another developed. Many plumbers giving all ranges of estimates. Found 2 guys that are ready to repair....now for the funding. I am 78, single, fixed income lady.  Have my social security and rental income.  The banks, reverse mortgage lenders and credit unions will not accept the renters income. They only will take S.S.  I'm now going on 12 weeks of no hot water. If I turn the hot pipe on, it starts running under the floor!! not good....  I am asking humbly for help to get this funding.  The plumbers will do the repair with Pex pipes. They go up through the ceiling and down the wall. They are building all the new houses now with the PEX.  Thank you all for reading my story and I pray you will respond with a donation.  Marilyn
