Most of you may already know about Wilsin's horrific motorcycle accident on June 21, 2013. Wilsin is our beloved son,husband, brother, uncle, fiancé and friend to all of us. The accident left him in a coma for over three months due to the severe traumatic brain injury. He's undergone multiple surgeries to help relieve the swelling on the brain as well as several surgeries on his legs.
We're happy to say he's awake, and alert however; he's physically incapacitated. He's still using a feeding tube and is unable to stand. With the help of physical therapy he recently started to swallow along with some movements in his hands and feet. Today the hospital informed us that he has NO MORE INSURANCE and he'll have to leave and go home. This will be very difficult without the necessary equipment. For the first time we're asking for help so that Wilsin can continue to get physical rehabilitation and the necessary medical equipment that he'll need to come home. God willing with the help of everyone, he'll be able to take care of himself and walk again. We want to thank everyone for your prayers and support that you've given our family during this difficult time...
