Hello! My name is Willy (short for Willy Wonka), and I'm a 6 month old English Bulldog. A "rescue" arranged for me to be fostered when I was 5 weeks old, but when my foster Mom, Carissa, saw me she could tell something was wrong with me because I couldn't use my hind legs. I am so lucky she decided to keep me and make sure I get the care I need!

She took me to Dr. Anne Chauvet (Alta Vista Animal Hospital ) and we found out I have a spinal deformation (check out my MRI results thanks to you generous humans)!

Anne thinks she has a shot at fixing me, which really gets me excited when I think about the chance to run after my best friend Flower the cat! My Mom would be glad too, because she's always cleaning up my messes since I can't control when I go to the bathroom right now.

I know that taking care of me is a lot of work for my humans, especially my Mom, because she has Mutiple Sclerosis and also struggles with depression and anxiety. She has 5 human kids to watch over, and I really hope that soon I will have surgery and get back to giving her all of the love I have!
