Let’s help Willy find joy again

Willy, our beloved dog, had a serious accident. He hit his head and since then, he’s lost his balance and the ability to walk properly. Despite visits to the vet and a neurologist, and even physiotherapy sessions, his condition hasn’t improved.

It’s now been a month and a half that Willy has been living with this condition. Every day, we help him eat, drink, and go to the bathroom. But what touches us most is his will to keep going. He shows no signs of pain, he’s happy to see people, he wants to live — and we simply can’t give up on him.

Our last hope is to get him an MRI, recommended by a neurologist. This scan could finally help us understand what’s going on in his brain and consider a proper treatment. But the cost is high: $3,000

Aidons Willy à retrouver sa joie de vivre

Willy, notre chien adoré, a eu un grave accident. Il s’est cogné la tête et depuis, il a perdu l’équilibre et la capacité de marcher correctement. Malgré les consultations chez le vétérinaire et le neurologue, et même des séances de physiothérapie, son état ne s’est pas amélioré.

Cela fait maintenant un mois et demi que Willy vit avec cette condition. Chaque jour, nous l’aidons à manger, boire et faire ses besoins. Mais ce qui nous touche profondément, c’est sa volonté de continuer. Il ne montre aucun signe de douleur, il est heureux de voir du monde, il veut vivre — et nous, nous ne pouvons pas l’abandonner.

Notre dernier espoir est de lui faire passer une IRM, recommandée par un neurologue . Ce scan pourrait enfin nous permettre de comprendre ce qui se passe dans son cerveau et d’envisager un traitement adapté. Mais le coût est élevé : 3000$.
