Will's Kidney Recovery Fund

Hello Friends,

My name is Kathryn Tapp, and I am a co-worker and friend of Will's at St Ive's Country Club. Will is an integral part of our team at St Ive's and has been making magic happen at the Club for three years now. Will works closely with Bob and Dennis organizing all of the banquets at st Ives. However, you have probably seen Will doing an assortment of jobs around the Club. Will has filled in for various roles over the years from supervising to reception, going where he is most needed for the success of the club. I like to think of the phrase "Where there is a "Will" there is a way".

Will is now battling kidney disease that requires dialysis three times a week. About 21 months ago, after being diagnosed with COVID his kidneys began to fail and progressively worsened month by month. Will continued to work despite his medical challenges until yesterday when he was hospitalized for a serious blood infection. It is likely that Will will be out of work without pay for a little while. He is currently on a kidney transplant list and going through the process to receive a new kidney. The transplant process is very lengthy and expensive.
