Hi, My name is Will; I recently had a bad wreck on my bike when arriving at work and broke my tibia plateau at my knee and elbow. The leg injury required surgery; I had pins and plates installed to hold everything together. I was denied Workman's Comp and was placed on medical leave, so I cannot file for unemployment either while I recover. I am non-weight-bearing for six to eight weeks and cannot work; I have zero income until July. We need help, so we don't go under and lose everything my mother Kelly has worked so hard to build back up after my father committed suicide in July 2020.
