Willow's Last Chance: Surgery to Save Her

Willow was seen late last night by a doctor at the Irvine Valley Emergency Hospital by a wonderful vet there that has agreed to do the surgery for $2,500! It’s a miracle! Just a little more to go and she can get the surgery. Thank you so much to everyone!

Willow’s condition is getting worse….we are running out of time! There’s three different bacteria’s in Willow’s foot that are resistant to antibiotics. Her leg needs to be amputated before the infection goes into her blood. I’ve been calling around to find out if there’s a vet that would take 50% upfront & let me make payments on the balance. However, so far no luck. She is in pain….there is no way that she’s not. I can’t bear the idea of causing her any pain but I can’t bear to give up either. We’ve been through so much together. I’m facing some serious health issues of my own right now & the thought of Willow not being here with me is unimaginable. The vet says she needs the surgery now! Please donate and share! Willow’s foot is worse than yesterday….its bigger & seems more painful. If I’m not able to get her the surgery, any money donated will be returned. Please help Willow heal & donate!

This is Willow. She is about 7 years old. I rescued her in 2018 from a shelter that was going to euthanize her. One of the best decisions I ever made.

Willow has developed a very bad bacterial infection in her left front leg, and her leg needs to be amputated in order to save her life. The only other option is to euthanize her, and I get sick when I think about that. She’s in pain right now, and time is of the essence. I don’t have the $3,500 needed to have the surgery. I wish I did. Please, if you can find it in your heart to donate towards saving Willow, I would be forever grateful!
