My Aspirations is to inspire youth. middle age and baby boomers to get off the couch and move something to enhance your fitness. health and overall wellbeing ...Plans for 2023 is to represent the USA in Torun. Poland. at World Championships. Then Nationals in Louisville KY. The Penn Relays. The NSGA National Senior Games . Pittsburgh Pa. and Outdoors Nationals in Greensboro NC . I compete in the Sprints. however the Season is a Marathon when its comes to the economics needed for Registration. travel food . housing and any medical issues that may arise. I am up to the task and committed in my aspirations to inspire people all over the world to get out of your comfort zone. off the couch. and live healthier and Happy lives.
