I am freda spence.  On Oct 5 my husband willis spence went into the hospital for high heart rate and then when we got there we found out that he had to have his toe amputation.Then on oct 8 he had a stroke and we have went from pikeville to cabel and i havent left my husband side.  He worked for mingo county 911 and now that he had a stroke he is paralyzed on right side. he hasnt been able to work in 3 months and he isnt gonna be able to work for atleast awhile.  we still have a while to go until he is fully recover.  i also dont work but i cant live him and work and we have bills coming.
