My husband has severe Emphysema/COPD. He was given six months to a year to live five months ago.

Yesterday, we were told that he may be a good candidate for something called a Zephyr valve. That would not only extend his life but also improve the quality of his breathing as well.

He needs multiple tests and multiple surgeries, and he DOESN'T qualify for Medicaid.

The co-pays and cost of share are killing us .

Unless we come up with this money , we can't pay his medical bills, especially his hospital stay.

We are scared. Please help.
