William Scott Smith recovery fund

William Scott Smith needs our help

Sunday the 11th of July our lives changed. My friend William Scott was

enjoying the day out on the water, like any other 23 year old, when he

tragically broke his cervical spine while jumping from a boat into the

water. William immediately lost movement and feeling in his arms and legs. Sadly, he fractured two vertebrae. Quick thinking by his friends in the water save his life and he was transported to the hospital by helicopter where he remains. If you haven't had the opportunity to meet William he's everyone's friend with the heart of an elephant. He's the person you call when you need help and now he needs our help. The prognoses for him is still unknown but rehab is vital. The current plan is for him to be flown to Atlanta for treatment at the Shepherd Center that specializes in spinal cord rehabilitation. We are asking for your help to support William financially. As you all know medical bills, travel and specialized treatments are not cheap. Not to mention the day to day house hold bills that don't just quit. Anything you can do for our friend will be greatly appreciated and not forgotten.

Thank you so much

from all of Williams friends
