We are the Ratchford Family from Greensboro, NC. William is our 4th child and has always been an exceptional athlete and has found his passion for golf and tennis. William was a participant in the Sports Illustraded/ Jimmy V Foundation Youth Athlete of the Year contest in the summer of 2025. Had he won, he asked to use the $25K for us to build a golf simulator at our house. He placed 13th in the quarter finals and didn't progress but that doesn't mean a simulator is off the table but we need your help. We will need to build a seperate building in the back yard to house the simulator as the spot in the basement isn't adequate. Our design and selections will be determined based on how much we are able to raise. We will document the contruction process and post on our socials.
