William Nganga Repatriation Fundraiser

Please help with a man’s dying wish and reunite with his family one last time. I am Nina Kalina writing to you on behalf of my friend, Lisper and her family. Her dad, William, immigrated from Kenya in 2019 to provide a better life for his wife, Keziah, and family. He worked as a caregiver in Seattle, WA. In 2021, he found that he had cancer and began treatment. In February this year, he finally received his green card and made plans to take his first trip home this December. Unfortunately, his cancer had spread aggressively and his health deteriorated quickly this summer. In spite of multiple treatments, he passed away on September 28.

William has been away from his family since he left Kenya in 2019. His wife and children had tried to come and see him this summer, but were denied visas to the country. It was his wish to be with them one last time.

Unfortunately, repatriating his remains to Kenya has been challenging, both emotionally and financially. On behalf of William’s family, I am seeking your support to help with the repatriating costs and funeral expenses of William. Your donation will help with returning William to Kenya and be laid to rest surrounded by his beloved wife and family.
