Dear Family and Friends,

As many of you know our son, Will, was diagnosed with Phelan McDermid Syndrome nine years ago.  His symptoms include global developmental delays, muscle hypotonia, non-verbal communication, impaired immune system, and intellectual disability.  Despite the challenges, Will is a loving, funny, hardworking boy!  He enjoys hugs, music, car rides, and being outside.  However, the challenges bring many expensive medical and therapeutic needs. 

 For his upcoming 10th birthday on March 27, we invite you to help ensure that Will is able to receive the care he needs.  In lieu of birthday presents, please consider making a contribution to Will’s medical account.  This fund provides for diapers, multiple daily medications, summer camp for children with special needs, adaptive apparel, sensory chews, dental work, medical bills, and therapies. 

We are grateful for any gift you can make to help Will as we navigate the waters of parenting a child with special needs.  Your encouragement, prayers, and support mean more to us than you will ever know.
